 #MotivationalMonday

PART 2

Speaking of #MotivationalMondays I have been inspired from my own childhood experiences to develop an AAU basketball team for 14U/8th grade boys. I honestly have not been able to stop thinking about what I need to do to get these kids in their first tournament in February or March. I need to have them ready for the state tournament to compete for national tournament exposure. From my relationship with Christ and my mother's guidance I made it through high school and college without ever being in anybody's prison. Never been suspended from school, this was all bred from my love for sports. Having to control my emotions, and having sportsmanship has allowed me go as far as I have gone. I know so many people that were and are more talented than me. But a lot of them either had babies and decided to get jobs, or ended getting kicked off teams because of bad grades or terrible behavior. Its too many kids getting to college but not enough finishing school and translating into positive influences to their childhood communities.  ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU DO WITH YOUR TIME!!!
With the things I have gained throughout my experience with sports I am ready to inspire some future high school young men start off on the right track in the classroom and on the court. Every player will be an 8th grade graduate by May or June. Having a summer to compete amongst people all over the world, while attending local universities (College Tours) on a weekly basis(tournament weekends) will benefit any child. Developing a 4 year plan for all my incoming freshman will allow them to be apart of the goal setting and self expectations process. This process will repeat for a 4 year college . It will prevent them from being overwhelmed and bound by others limits on them. My mentors have all taught me to share my wisdom with young men learning their way in the world as they did for me. So my passion for this vision is limitless. Not to mention my little brother will be entering his freshman year next year. What better way to ensure my family cycles get changed then to start with my younger siblings and their peers?
If you can not tell I am extremely excited about being able to groom these young men to take control of their destiny at an early age.  I will not let my family and friends walk into the propaganda that has shamed the world today. By detaching themselves from societal views that make people stress out about where they are everyday, they can be more thankful for the blessings that they do have. People need to readjust their mindsets and focus more on the goal and their passions Instead of the things that will be obstacles in your way. Not saying don't prepare yourself for that problem. just focus on getting the task completed. Focusing on the hurdles/obstacles while on your road to success is the equivalent to making excuses. I can teach you a thing or two about excuses in another blog post. Because I have to finish connecting the dots on my new AAU Team called the S.B.D. (Say it! Believe it! Do it!) All Stars. The all stars part can change so if you think of any better combo with S.B.D. let me know.
Please continue to take control of your stress by focusing on what you can control, treating people how you want to be treated, and everyone is DEFINITELY an angel. Much Love , God bless. Any comments, questions, concerns follow me on twitter @fbeasy or email me fbstressfree@gmail.com.
I almost forgot I found this video of Ray Lewis and they asked what motivates him. He says " A lot of my fire comes from my pain.... That's kinda my extra edge" listen to him say it if you don't believe me. I have said that exact same thing in my past. Its the truth, a fact, that energy has to be extracted somewhere. Having the ability to apply control rage and emotion into any passion is an amazing feat. I am on board Mr. Lewis lol

#MotivationalMondays
My name is Freddie Barnes. I am the son of Clarissa Renee Charles. I graduated from Homewood Flossmoor High school in Flossmoor, Illinois class of 2005.  I received a sport management degree with an emphasis on sport enterprise from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio MAY 2010. Most people know me for catching a NCAA record of 155 receptions in a season in the fall of 2009 breaking the previous record of 142 receptions. This blog I will display my ability to wear different hats and succeed as well as , or better than on the field. I am a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, certified personal trainer, future life coach, and future author.
I am not scared to fail, all i do is SAY IT, BELIEVE IT, DO IT.  Focus on your goals and dreams and you are guaranteed to fall somewhere in between. Everyone is an angel.  Treat others as you want to be treated and watch what happens. Smile and say "hello" when walking by someone.  You are not the only one that will endure problems throughout the day. So don't be selfish and so full of yourself Find a solution and implement it to get rid of every problem you have.
#OperationTimeNotWasted is in full affect. Challenge yourself to create a "Things To-Do List" and complete it at days end. Take responsibility for your stress by reevaluating your time management. Today is the day you begin to create your 5, 10, 25 year plan. Even if you 40 you can potential work for the next 25 years. So its not too late for anyone at any age. Today is the day you control what you do in your life on a daily basis.  Don't complain about where you are in your life because you designed it that way.  You are in control of your own destiny. You are where you are supposed to be.  Don't waste anymore time,  Don't allow anybody to take your joyous spirit away.  Be blessed and only speak on good things. Give birth to positive, living thoughts and desires as opposed to death filled words that keep you and others from prospering.  I came across a quote as a kid that said "If it is to be, it is up to me."  I consider that to be the best 2 letter-10 word phrase.  Honestly, it may be the only phrase in that category, but it is very much so a fact.
Whether you know it, believe it, or see it, someone is always depending on you; which means someone is always watching you.  So in a nut shell, you are a leader and need to lead your team to victory.  Be strong.  I encourage you all to have a great #MotivationalMonday, so great that your motivation is contagious and adds a blessing to someone else's life.  Follow me on twitter @Fbeasy if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
